All payments made to Awed Media, including but not limited to retainers, project fees, and monthly service fees, are non-refundable. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Scope of Commitment

Our team invests significant time, effort, and resources into planning, strategizing, and executing each client project. Once work begins, these resources cannot be recovered or reallocated, which is why refunds are not offered.

3. Cancellation Policy

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel services after the completion of the required 3-month minimum engagement period, as outlined in our Terms of Service. Written notice of cancellation must be provided at least 30 days in advance.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about the quality or delivery of our services, we encourage you to contact us promptly. We are committed to addressing and resolving any issues to ensure your satisfaction.
